VACUUM BLASTING

GBL’s Vacuum Blast Recovery machines provide an efficient
and effective environmentally friendly dust free blasting solution
where the capture of containments and blast media is crucial.

The system has the ability to blast and recover contaminants,
spent garnet and dust at the same time. This allows the Vacuum
Blast Recovery System to be practical for locations that are
environmentally sensitive, expensive equipment and personnel
are in close proximity and where open air blasting is impractical
or prohibited.

VAPOUR BLASTING

GBL Systems offer a cutting-edge environmentally friendly
blasting process called “Vapour Blasting”.

This unique process of Vapour blasting offers an equally powerful blast
as dry blasting but has minimal environmental impact. Vapour blasting
uses a fraction of the media required for dry blasting so produces
92 percent less airborne dust.

Unlike other traditional wet blasting methods, the vapour
blasting mist evaporates quickly, uses less water, has little
to no toxic runoff, no pools of water and requires minimal clean up.

Vapour Blasting is effective in virtually any application environment,
offers reduced contaminant measures needed and is an easy one
step blast cleaning process for almost all substrate and application types.
